A Stray Mom Cat

I finished my lunch, and I was about to look for the stray mom cat that times her visit to the kitchen around 2 p.m. And there she is, a cautious, hungry beautiful black mom cat. I offered my dish to her. She sniffed and sniffed, and I do not know why she chose the smallest piece of beef over the bigger ones. She put the piece in her mouth and called her kittens with a soothing meow. I took the dish to the backyard, and I saw her small thirsty ferocious tabby kitten with its tongue out. I put the dish on the ground, ran to the fridge, got a bottle of milk, looked for a bowl, poured in it some of the milk, and rushed to the kitten.

The stray mom cat reminded me of my mother. She is currently outside the country, so my sister and I are in charge of the house. We feel how important she is to us.

I love you, mother.
